"Full Time, Part Time Or Some Time"
Use this list as a first step toward keeping on hand the ingredients you need to fix delicious and nutritious meals and much more. Our Helpful Tips.
Breads and Grains:  Whole grain bread, Fortified infant cereal, Fortified pasta, Fortified rice, Tortillas, Fortified whole grain cereal with at least 3 grams fiber per serving, Pretzels, Sandwich wraps, Prepared pizza crust, Frozen whole grain waffles or pancakes, Pancake mix, Cornbread muffin mix.

Fruits and Vegetables:  Apples, Bananas, Berries, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Corn, Eggplant, Frozen fruits and vegetables, such as blueberries, corn, and peas, Grapes, Kiwi, Lettuce, Melon, Onions, Pears, Potatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Squash, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Jars of pureed fruits and vegetables for baby.

Milk Products:  Milk, Yogurt, Cottage cheese, Cheese, Evaporated milk, Powdered milk.

Meat and other high protein foods:  Canned, dried or frozen legumes, Tofu, Canned tuna fish, Eggs, Fortified soy beverage, Peanut butter or other nut butters, Lean cuts of beef and pork, 100 percent ground chicken or turkey meat, Skinless chicken or turkey breast, Whole roasting chicken, or turkey (save carcass to make soup.)

Condiments:  Mayonnaise, Butter or margarine, Jelly or jam, Salad dressing, Relish, Mustard, Ketchup, Olive oil, Canola oil, Balsamic or red wine vinegar, Soy sauce, Low sodium chicken bouillon cubes or packets.

Other Things:  Portable bbq grill, Charcoal, Charcoal fluid, Matches or lighter, Outdoor cooking utensils, Outdoor pots and pans, Paper plates, Garbage bags, Lantern, Flash light, Bug spray, Hand tools and what ever else you figure you might need.
