4 cups grated cooked potatoes
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
