Melt In Your mouth Potatoes: Foil |
6 med. potatoes
one large Vidalia onion
two tablespoon butter/margarine
salt, pepper to taste
2 to 3 ice cubes
Cube potatoes, you can leave skin on. Place potatoes and onion on large piece of foil. Dab butter over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place ice cubes on top. Close foil around potato mixture. Wrap with additional piece of foil. Place over coals turning occasionally. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender. |
