Baked Onion: Foil |
1 Large onion (per person)
Butter
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Cut top off onion and prepare for cooking. Place onion on aluminum foil. On top of each onion put 1 tbls. of butter, 1/2 tsp of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Wrap onion securely in foil. Place onions in hot coals of fire and allow to bake for 15 to 20 min. Remove from coals and enjoy. Easy! |
