Garlic Potatoes |
As many medium sized potatoes as needed
1 or 2 sticks of margerine
garlic powder
onion powder
aluminum foil
Cut slits into potatoes. Do not cut all the way through to the bottom. Cut three small slats of margarine and place one in slots on the ends and one in the middle. You may add more butter if so desired. Sprinkle on as much onion and garlic powder as you feel necessary. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill(or bake) for approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy! |
