Egg Salad 18

Egg Salad: (Everyone knows how to make Egg Salad, but this is our favorite)
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 C celery, chopped
1/3 C scallion, chopped
4 T mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
 
Mash eggs and mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
