Goulash |
1 or 2 lbs. of ground beef or turkey 1 whole onion, chunky cut 1 or 2 squash, chunky cut optional 1 bag of frozen broccoli
Sauté vegetables in oil or butter until tender. Set aside. Brown meat and season to taste. Add veggies and eat. Great meal in a skillet, and wonderful tasting cooked outside! Enjoy! |
