Meat and other high protein foods:Canned, dried or frozen legumes, Tofu, Canned tuna fish, Eggs, Fortified soy beverage, Peanut butter or other nut butters, Lean cuts of beef and pork, 100 percent ground chicken or turkey meat, Skinless chicken or turkey breast, Whole roasting chicken, or turkey (save carcass to make soup.)
Condiments: Mayonnaise, Butter or margarine, Jelly or jam, Salad dressing, Relish, Mustard, Ketchup, Olive oil, Canola oil, Balsamic or red wine vinegar, Soy sauce, Low sodium chicken bouillon cubes or packets.
